If you need to add more data to your agreement, you can use Agreements -> Manage Custom Fields menu.

You can add multiple custom fields to your Agreements records. Such fields can be of the following types:

Text - a small text box

Date

Select - select one option of many.

Textarea - a larger text box with possibility of resizing

Select multiple options

Autocomplete text - a single select box with the possibility of a text search. Useful when there is a large number of options possible.
